All orders to be processed within one business* day, provided the items are in stock and there are no problems with the payment verification. Sassypink.com does not guarantee same day shipping. Orders will not be processed on weekends and holidays. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on the next Monday.

In order to process your order in a timely matter, we strongly recommend you to use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order will be delayed for further verification.

We offer Free Economy Shipping for select items. Please note that any item(s) NOT indicated as Free Economy Shipping will be charged the appropriate shipping fee. For Free Economy Shipping, we will ship by USPS/ UPS SurePost / Fedex SmartPost service. It applies to orders shipped to the Continental U.S. addresses only, excluding P.O. Box, Military Address (APO/FPO), Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Protectorates such as Puerto Rico, Guam, Virgin Island.

Sassypink.com requires an adult signature on any package over $200.00 in value.

We DO NOT accept any customer's own shipping account (FedEx, UPS, DHL/Airborne, or other carriers) for any order.

The cut-off time for priority option orders (One-, Two-Day) is 1:00pm PST. Orders placed after 1:00pm PST will be processed the next business day.

International Order Policy

We do not currently ship to international destinations.
