Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases.
Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Please see below.
Items with a value of $80 or more should be returned using a trackable shipping method.
Items must be returned complete with ALL product packaging (boxes, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, etc.).
Any items returned without original documentation will be rejected or charged a re-stocking of up to 20% of the item's price.
Items that have been damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return.
Apparel items (clothing, socks, gloves, helmet, etc.) can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment.
The items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it, with ALL ORIGINAL TAGS ATTACHED.
Washed or worn items, including those with stains, after delivery will not be accepted for return.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the item.
If the return is the result of our mistake or manufacturing defect, then we will provide a return shipping label for you to return the item.
Please package the returned item properly to ensure its safe arrival to our facility. We can not process the return or issue refund if we do not receive the returned item.
Items shipped between November 1 and December 31 may be returned until January 31 of the following year, for a full refund, subject to our other return guidelines listed above.
Once we receive the return item, we will inspect it and notify you if there's any discrepancy.
We reserve the right to refuse the return or charge a re-stocking fee, up to 20% of the item's price, if there's discrepancy.
All shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We will only return the shipping and handling cost if the return is a result of our mistake or manufacturing defect.
If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
You will receive the credit within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
